Frothy Sunrise Yogurt Smoothie
4 ice cubes
12 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 c. fresh orange juice with pulp
3/4 c. low fat milk
Cooking Instructions
Blend all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.(if
you less than a cup blender less than 5 cup capacity, blend in two batches.)
Serve immediately.
