Sunflower Veggie Wrap

2 cup(s) lettuce, romaine
1 cup(s) tomato(es), chopped
1/2 cup(s) mushrooms, white, sliced
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon vinegar, balsamic
1 tortilla(s), flour, whole-wheat

In a medium bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms and sunflower seeds.
Top with balsamic vinegar and mix until evenly distributed.
Place lettuce mixture in the center of the tortilla and wrap.
