Lemon and Blueberry Parfait
1/4 cup(s) cereal, muesli, or granola
8 ounce(s) yogurt, lemon, low-fat
1 cup(s) blueberries
2 tablespoon nuts, almonds, slivers
In a tall glass or dessert bowl,
sprinkle 1/2 of the cereal.
Top with 1/2 of the berries and 1/2 of the yogurt.
Sprinkle with the remaining cereal.
Spoon on the remaining berries and remaining yogurt.
Sprinkle the almonds over the top and
enjoy.
