Wall Push-up
3 sets 12 Repetitions
Stand facing the wall with your legs together, an arm's distance away from the
wall.
2. Place your palms on the wall, keeping your arms straight.
3. Lean your body into the wall and bend your elbows. Hold position for 5
seconds.
4. Slowly push your body away as you straighten your elbows.
5. Repeat as desired.
